Our Legacy Since 1914
It all began with our patriarch, Pascual Rojas Julón (1914), who arrived in the village of Perlamayo (Cutervo, Cajamarca) and built our family’s coffee-growing tradition through traditional methods: selective hand-picking, sun drying, and the first batches of green coffee crafted with dedication and hard work. Today, three generations later, that legacy lives on through DINÁSTIKA COFFEE – Origin Coffee, offering specialty coffees for true coffee lovers and traceability-ready supply for wholesale buyers.
How We Prepare Our Coffee
At Dinástika Coffee, we begin where true differentiation starts: in the nursery. We germinate our seeds in sand beds, transfer them into bags with carefully selected substrates, and move the plants to the field so the terroir can do its work. We then continue with selective hand-picking, allowing only fully ripe cherries to enter the process.
From there, we carry every stage forward until we deliver consistent Parchment Coffee or Green Coffee, ready for export or roasting.
